This victim was originally a Jane Doe has been identified as Norma Denise Sahm.  On July 6, 1988, Robert Kauffman and Rusty Hogan were hiking in an open space area North of Petroglyph Park.  They discovered the skeletonized remains of a human.  They summoned the police.  The remains were recovered and an autopsy revealed that the young female, approximately 17 to 20 years of age, was a murder victim.  She was shot to death.
